Working For Us
We are always on the look-out for talented individuals who we can add to our roster, and either find regular work for, or call up to cover new venues when needed!
As you can imagine, we do need to vet all of the DJs who approach us and ask that you a number of details, so we can check you out. These include:
- Name (your actual name and your DJ alias)
- Contact details
- References from as many promoters/venue managers as is possible
- Length of time you have been DJing
- A list of previous venues you have played
- A list of your current venues, and the dates/times you’re playing
- Any supporting documentation promoting yourself, i.e. Posters, flyers etc
Bedroom DJ? Don’t worry...
If you’re just starting out and would like to be considered for our roster, please do get in touch. DJing in private is vastly different to playing out to a packed Pub or Nightclub and as with everything, you must learn to walk before you can run.
If you are genuinely interested in “learning the ropes” to a live audience, we can help and guide you. Usually this involves you shadowing one of our established DJs and building your confidence and skills as you go. After all (for example), no one can find their “Microphone voice” in an empty garage.
As you progress and gain confidence we will keep a close eye on your development, again guiding where necessary, until you, and us, are happy for you to go out on your own (or even equal as part of a duo if you find that perfect DJing partner).
